2. What these terms cover

We embroider to order based on artwork supplied by the customer. This website presents our work and lets you send a free enquiry — an order cannot be placed through the website. A contract is only formed once we agree in writing on the price, quantity, material and delivery date, usually by e-mail.

3. How an order is placed

  1. You send an enquiry with your logo, the quantity and your idea of the material.
  2. Within 24 hours on a working day we send you a quote.
  3. For a new logo we prepare the embroidery program and embroider a sample.
  4. You must approve the sample in writing. We do not produce the batch without approval.
  5. After approval we produce the whole order and arrange handover.

The customer is responsible for the content of the supplied artwork. By sending a logo you confirm that you have the right to use it — for third-party trademarks and logos this is expressly your responsibility.

4. Prices and payment

We do not publish specific amounts on the website, because the price of embroidery cannot be set in advance with a single number. The Pricing page explains what the price consists of; only the price in the written quote is binding. It depends on the stitch count, placement, material and delivery date.

Prices are stated including VAT; the price excluding VAT is also shown for each item.

  • Invoice due date: 14 days from the date of issue.
  • Deposit: we do not require one. The full amount is paid only after the order is delivered.
  • Payment method: bank transfer based on an invoice.

5. Delivery time

The usual delivery time is 7 – 10 working days from sample approval. For larger orders or when garments need to be ordered, we confirm the delivery date in advance. Express delivery is possible for a surcharge, which we confirm in the quote.

The delivery time only starts once the sample is approved, not when the enquiry is sent.

6. Handover

We hand over finished pieces in person at the workshop or send them by courier anywhere in Slovakia. Shipping is charged at actual cost and is stated in the quote.

7. Customer-supplied garments

We also embroider garments supplied by you. In that case:

  • we charge a handling surcharge, which we state in the quote,
  • we are not liable for damage to customer-supplied material — embroidery means needlework in the fabric, and with an unknown material its behaviour cannot be guaranteed in advance,
  • we recommend supplying one or two extra pieces for testing.

8. Complaints

Defects in the embroidery can be claimed — for example skipped stitches, a thread colour different from the approved sample, or embroidery in a different position than agreed.

Please submit a complaint without undue delay by e-mail or in person. We will handle it within 30 days. If it is justified, we will re-embroider or refund.

The following are not defects:

  • a difference between the thread colour and the colour on screen — the thread range is a fixed palette, and a screen emits light while thread reflects it,
  • simplification of fine logo details that you approved on the sample,
  • damage caused by incorrect washing or ironing.

9. Withdrawal from the contract

If you are a consumer, i.e. you are not buying in the course of business, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from contracts concluded at a distance. However, this right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — and embroidery with your logo or name is exactly that.

This means a finished order cannot be returned or exchanged just because you no longer like it after delivery. That is why we always embroider a sample and wait for your written approval.

Until you approve the sample, you can cancel the order. You only pay for preparing the artwork if it has already been done.

10. Embroidery file

The program the machine embroiders from is prepared in our workshop and remains our working material. We keep it so that you can reorder identical pieces at any time. The copyright to the logo itself remains yours.

11. Supervisory authority and dispute resolution

Compliance with consumer rights is supervised by the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), Inspectorate for the Prešov Region, Supervision Department, Obrancov mieru 6, 080 01 Prešov 1, Slovakia, www.soi.sk. It is also the body for alternative resolution of consumer disputes.

A consumer has the right to ask the seller for redress if they are not satisfied with how a complaint was handled. If the seller rejects the request or does not reply within 30 days, the consumer has the right to file a proposal to start alternative dispute resolution.

12. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The terms apply in the version published on this page on the day the order is agreed.
