Embroidery cannot be priced in advance with a single number – every logo has a different stitch count and every order a different quantity. That is why we always price it individually: send us your logo and you will have the exact amount within 24 hours.
Our quotes show prices both including and excluding VAT. The quote is binding, not an estimate.
What the price of embroidery depends on
- Stitch count – a dense fill has far more stitches than an outline, even on a small logo, so the machine needs more time.
- Quantity – the machine is set up once, so the price per piece drops as the quantity grows.
- Size and placement – embroidering a finished jacket or a cap takes more work than a flat piece of fabric.
- Material – terry cloth, knitwear and waterproof fabrics need a different backing than regular cotton.
